Create a platform that allows bank representatives and credit officials to provide customer services to their customers in the areas of loan origination and processing for commercial loans, improving their current process while making the technical solution scalable and easy to maintain and update.

Business Challenges:

IBC Bank uses manual means to process their consumer loans with combination of SharePoint forms, excel sheets and manual data entry in peripheral systems including the core system to manage their commercial loan services. This prevented IBC from having an automated standardized end-to-end flow of the process of commercial loans from origination to uploading to core and funding.
