Manoj Shambharkar is our SVP of Client Engagement at Y&L. In this role he is responsible for working with clients on their IT development strategies as well as accelerating business growth, solution introductions, prototyping, client delivery and core competency development.

Throughout his career, Manoj has focused on working with IT and business leaders to envision and execute transformative development initiatives and assist in the successful transition of Y&L from a traditional outsourcing engagement company to one that forms flexible and transparent client partnerships.

Manoj joined Y&L in 2016 from Hexaware, where he managed large, strategic financial services clients and designed digital go-to-market strategies for them.

Prior to joining Hexaware, Manoj spent over a decade in roles of increasing responsibility at HCL Technologies. In his last role at HCL, Manoj was responsible for managing client engagements of $100+ million in North America.
Manoj holds a Masters of Computer Applications from BIT and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
