Dealer Management System (DMS), developed over a period of 12 years, is a collection of 180+ applications based upon a multitude of technologies and integrations with 4 different ERPs. The age and complexity constrained the client from being able to respond to business needs and introduce new features to customers. Client needed to modernize their DMS to meet the following objectives:
