A large government licensing agency in Austin, TX which processes 30,000 license applications per year was looking for an automated solution that would expedite processes, reduce inquiry calls and improve both agent and consumer satisfaction. The agency issued both commercial and individual licenses, supported 11 different license and registration types and managed 90+ employees.
Once implemented, the Gob2Biz application reduced license time from 81 to 41 days, repurposed 40% of staff to other departments, and were able to handle an 8% increase in volume. In addition, the system handled 100k online renewals, 12k auto approved applications, and in all, 500k transactions were performed, tracked and logged.
